We have worked hard to create a safe home for you and future guests to relax in.  To ensure the safety of guests and staff, there is a short health check questionnaire below  plus useful stay safe tips.

Please answer these questions today.   All guests staying in our self catering accommodation are to confirm they are not displaying symptoms of Coronavirus.  Once completed we will text your unique keysafe code to access your holiday house at Lindores.

COVID19 Questionnaire
1. Are you or any of your guests due to stay displaying the main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19)? 1) A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature) 2) A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual 3)A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal. *
3. If any of the guests staying start to display the above symptoms you agree to inform us immediately by phone, and to seek medical advice as required? *

CHECKING INTO YOUR HOLIDAY HOUSE

DIRECTIONS: When you arrive at our farm Braeside of Lindores, drive up the main farm road and turn RIGHT at the welcome sign. West Cottage is the left-side of the white house immediately on your left after you turn. Drive along the farm track and it will turn LEFT up a steep hill. Drive up the steep hill and The Arches is on the left and Lindores Lodge is the first house on the right. The Glasshouse is the second house on the right further up Lindores hill.

  1. PARK IN YOUR PRIVATE PARKING AREA
  2. USE THE HAND SANITISER PROVIDED AT THE DOOR
  3. LET YOURSELVES IN USING THE KEYSAFE CODE (PROVIDED BY ANNA VIA TEXT)
  4. WASH YOUR HANDS REGULARLY
  5. AIR YOUR PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY
  6. RELAX

CHECKING OUT OF YOUR HOLIDAY HOUSE

We’ve carried out thorough cleaning prior to your arrival and to help protect our team we ask you to help us and do the following on checkout day:

  1. LEAVE THE PROPERTY AS YOU FOUND IT
  2. LOG OUT OF ALL PERSONAL APPS E.G. NETFLIX
  3. REMOVE ALL WASTE AND PUT IN OUTDOOR BINS
  4. EMPTY THE FRIDGE/FREEZER

JUST SO YOU KNOW…

Our cleaners completed training, gained certification and we have followed very carefully the Covid 19 protocol advice written by the Association of Scottish Self Caterers and other bodies. The protocols have been approved by Scottish Government.  Although restrictions have relaxed, we remain committed to delivering a very high standard of cleanliness. The properties at Lindores are cleaned then disinfected from top to bottom, particularly at key touch points.
