This semi-detached home will give you an unforgettable holiday break.
Got what you need
Downstairs offers guests an entrance hall, utility room, bathroom with shower, open plan kitchen, dining and living room with floor to ceiling windows. The views at Lindores are incredible so you’ll like the big windows and doors which open onto two separate and large patio areas.
The garden and parking area are enclosed so kids and dogs stay safe. The front patio is a lovely spot to watch the world go by. The rear patio is private and sheltered for hot tub, dining, lawn games and BBQ’s.
Upstairs the West Cottage en-suite bedrooms are super comfy, clean, relaxing and spacious. There are three showers, one bath and three toilets so we installed an extra large water tank to keep the powerful showers hot hot hot!
Sociable living inside and outside
The 6-seater hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture facilities that come with our lodges in Fife are just outside the open plan kitchen living room for easy dining and socialising all year. In Winter 2021 we will also open a 1st floor balcony with open air lounge living – we’re just waiting on the supply of the balcony zinc and bespoke seamless glass panelling before its open! Its going to be a very special space when open!

West Cottage on Braeside of Lindores Farm is situated between Newburgh village and Lindores village on the A913 in Fife, Scotland – KY14 6HU.
Edinburgh is a 60minute drive, Glasgow is a 90minute drive, St Andrews or Dundee a short 30minute drive.
An escape destination with the option of restaurants and pubs within a few miles.
Drive slowly up the farm road (kids/dogs could be playing). At the top of the road turn right at the Welcome sign. You will see 2 semi-detached cottages in front of you. West cottage is the first cottage driveway you come to.

Early check in and late check-out are possible on occasion just get in touch nearer the time to ask.
The price for all properties includes accommodation, hot tub, linen, towels, electricity, heating, board games, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine, microwave, electric oven, fridge/freezer, hairdryers, iron, coffee, tea, sugar, all kitchen amenities plus dishwasher tablets, fairy liquid and tea towels. Private parking, safe enclosed garden, 4G and free WIFI.
Horse holidays – Please contact us to check equestrian facility availability before you book any accommodation. Even though accommodation is available there is no guarantee equestrian facilities are also available. We will let you know quickly if they are.
Beauty Treatments – We suggest you liaise directly with the mobile beauticians to book treatments sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Shooting – The shooting season runs between October to end of February. Guests are still welcome to walk on the farm but for safety, we request they stick to designated farm routes and respect signs closing off any areas. If you are interested in attending a driven game day we will liaise with the gamekeeper to check availability. We will also need to ask you a few questions about your experience for safety.
50% deposit secures the booking
50% of the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in
No charges for credit card or debit card booking payments.
We request credit card details are supplied with a pre-approved balance of £200 to cover us for the unlikely event of any damages or breakages during your stay.
When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive a booking summary by email. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via an email of confirmation by us.
A provisional booking can be held for 24hrs but we suggest you confirm with a deposit or full payment to secure your dates and avoid disappointment.

Due to these unprecedented times – different government travel restrictions may sadly stop our existing bookings from staying even after lockdown is eased. We may end up releasing dates for holiday house breaks that currently show no availability. Let us know if you’d like to hear from us should existing customers cancel.
