The interiors of The Arches are stunning and contemporary but with quirky country twists.  There isn’t another property like The Arches it has plenty of WOW moments.  The huge master suite upstairs is private from the rest of the world with a bespoke Scandinavian inspired sauna, double shower, under floor heating and a freestanding stone bath.

It is semi-detached but designed to offer privacy with your own enclosed courtyard for relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying al fresco dining.

The Arches enjoys the sun throughout the day but you can also catch the evening sun on sun-loungers in the second mini garden.

The Arches is a semi detached steading conversion on Braeside of Lindores Farm which is located between Newburgh village and Lindores village on the A913 in Fife, Scotland – KY14 6HU

The Arches are not near the working farm buildings the property is located up a hill which is ideal for the views and peace.   There are 5 other homes nearby in this quiet and beautiful part of the world.

30 minutes drive from St Andrews and Dundee

60 minutes drive from Edinburgh

90minutes drive from Glasgow and Aberdeen

ON ARRIVAL:

Drive slowly up the farm road (kids/dogs could be playing) and turn RIGHT at the T-junction away from the farm buildings.  Follow the farm track passing red tiled cottages on your left.  Continue along the farm track which turns LEFT up a hill. Drive into the stone walled entrance and parking area signposted The Arches.

What’s included?  

The price for all properties includes accommodation, hot tub, linen, towels, electricity, heating, board games, DVD player, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine, microwave, electric oven, fridge/freezer, hairdryers, iron, coffee, tea, sugar, all kitchen amenities plus dishwasher tablets, fairy liquid and tea towels.  Private parking, safe enclosed garden, 4G and free WIFI.

Beauty Treatments – We suggest you liaise directly with the mobile beauticians to book treatments sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.  Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Horse holidays – Please contact us to check equestrian facility availability before you book any accommodation.  Even though accommodation is available there is no guarantee equestrian facilities are also available.  We will let you know quickly if they are.

Shooting – The shooting season runs between 1st September and 28th of February annually.  Guests are still welcome to walk on the farm but for safety we request they stick to designated farm routes and respect signs closing off any areas. If you are interested in attending a driven game day we will liaise with the gamekeeper to check availability. We will also need to ask you a few questions about your experience for safety.

Payment

50% deposit secures the booking

50% of remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to check in

No charges for credit card or debit card booking payments.

We request credit card details are supplied with a pre approved balance of £300 to cover us for the unlikely event of any damages or breakages during your stay.

Booking Confirmation

When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatic generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form.  This does not form a contract between us.  A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by email.

Provisional booking can be held for 7 days but we suggest you confirm with a deposit or full payment to secure your dates and avoid disappointment.
