DAY 1 — Arrival, Relaxation & Celebration Dinner
4pm | Arrival & Check-In
- Family & friends arrive at their designated holiday house
- Free time to settle into rooms, explore and enjoy the private hot tubs
6pm | Private Cocktail & Whisky Tasting Experience
- Hosted by local Sommeliers from Lindores Abbey Distillery or Luvians
- Experiences can include:
- Tastings of Lindores Abbey Distillery Single Malt Whisky & their spirit, Aqua Vitae
- A hands-on cocktail session with guests choice of spirits
7pm | Private Dining Experience
Prepared and hosted by your private chef, featuring:
- Seasonal local produce
- A bespoke menu tailored to your gathering
- Wine & whisky paired to your menu
An example of the style of food that can be served:
Starter: Sage Gnocchi – Smoked Carrot, Courgette, Whipped Marscapone, Puffed Rice
Main: Homebred Lindores Lamb – Fennel Fondant, Celeriac & Whey Creme, Fermented Plum and Bone Marrow Fudge
Pudding: Hyrneside Apple Cider Mousse – Apple Sorbet, Roasted Almond, Homegrown Lindores Barley Granola
10pm | Return to Holiday Houses
Head back to your house for a warming nightcap.
DAY 2 — An Adventure For All
8am | Breakfast in Your Holiday House
- Fresh bread, local eggs, bacon and juice – add on our Fife Food Hamper prepared by Ardross Farm Shop
10am | Head Out For The Day

DAY 3 — A Relaxed Morning & Farewell

10am | Check out and Explore
